Basin Harbor, VT (B06) PIREPS?

Hey guys, looking at checking this place out, ether by water or landing on the grass strip, with the boat rentals something tells me landing on the grass strip might be safer for the plane than leaving it docked or beached in the harbor.

Anyone have any PIREPS?

That's practically in my backyard. I went there for a burger run 3 years ago I think it was. The runway was in very good condition but I would call ahead just in case, if you opt for grass. The Red Mill was pretty good.
