Basic med and Gabapentin

If you aren't taking it because of epilepsy, for reasons like nerve pain, then it's between you and your doctor.
If you have had any seizures, you must go through at least one (special) issuance of a medical. Note the FAA will not issue if you are taking gabapentin (for any reason).
 
Careful. Gabapentin can so Muck up cognition......it mucks up the "how'm I actually doin" part of your brain....

With Gabapentin is there a two day waiting period before flying,or is that fiction

I am not talking it for epilepsy, just nerve pain.
