My wife wants to take her mother, brother, and nephew on a balloon excursion in the DFW area. I am looking for recommendations PoA members might have on local operators.
I have quite a bit of experience in balloon operations, but its been years since I crewed or acted as a flight team member. I was there at the first Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, crewing for the man whose name became synonymous with record setting flights in gas balloons across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. But that was a long time ago.
I'm looking for an operator with the requisite certificates, good equipment, BFA accredation, and a verifiable safety record.
I'm hoping a member here can give me direction to a safe and stable operator. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
