Bad Takeoff

Seen that before... I think the guy was just in shock.

It was a test flight after an engine upgrade- seems that the gust locks (which are integrated via cockpit controls in the Caribou) were engaged, and apparently they either didn't realize it in time or didn't get to it in time. :no:

A good reminder to use that checklist... :(
