Odd.... the stretch of road at 3:07 looked better to me, lower trees and straighter, and half the taxi distance. Notice the edit shortly after there when he apparently hook his left wing and had to shut down???

Now that I think about it, I was never taught the rules on how to handle a situation where you meet another airplane taxiing the other way on a narrow dirt road.

About the same way you'd handle two trains facing each other on the same track.
