Pre-takeoff checklist
As we at B-Kool begin our 8th season, we thank our customers for our ongoing success. We are proud that we are the only portable air conditioner company that now offers a full 3-year warranty.
While normally this time of the year we introduce enhancements, this year the enhancements are largely internal to our operation, and designed to improve product consistency, reliability, and functionality.
During the off, season we worked closely with our key vendors to eliminate bottle necks of product availability during the during the busy season. We pride ourselves in being able to ship the same day we receive orders. Our off-season efforts will further cement this policy. We again expanded our warehouse to be able to maintain an even larger inventory.
We continue to focus on research and development which will result in enhanced products today and in the future. One thing we will always do is listen to our customers about making our products better. What we will NOT do is introduce meaningless gimmicks that do little to improve what we sell and what we sell is ice cold air.
This year we continue our sponsorship of Bonanzas To Oshkosh, Mooney Summit, Lanceair Builders Organization, AOPA Air Safety Institute, and other aviation associations and events. We owe the ability of this level of support to our customers past, present and future.
So let the Cooling Season begin. We commit to you our full attention to producing the finest portable air conditioning product available.
