B-Kool Announces Extended Warranty Policy
B-Kool Portable Cooling Systems is pleased to announce a policy change regarding warranties. Effective immediately, all B-Kool portable units will carry an unprecedented two-year warranty for parts and labor. This extension of our warranty is retroactive to all units purchased since May 2014.
While evaluating the reliability of our products, we quickly determined adding one year of coverage comes at little cost to us while providing a great value to our customers. According to Bob Stephens, president of B-Kool, “Deciding to make the warranty retroactive to previous customers is just the right thing to do.”
B-Kool Portable Cooling Systems has been recognized as best of the best by Aviation Consumer, a resource for pilots and aircraft owners. As pointed out in the July, 2015, edition of Aviation Consumer (Volume LXV, Number 7), the B-Kool Portable Cooling System is compact (11 x 18 x 16-in), well crafted, and easily lives up to its hype of effective cooling.
