Hi, I just purchased an Aztec 74 Turbo E. We have some fuel leaks and I'm trying to repair the Scott 4600 valve used as the cross-feed valve.
The SM says you can replace the o-rings.
Question is: How do you get the nylon bushing out so that you can get to the o-rings ??

Also, any ideas on how to repair the cross-feed drain valve, or is there a suitable replacement ?
(other than pick and pull yard ??).

Hi,
welcome to my world. I own a Aztec E non-turbo since last year. I have a lot of fuel leaks in my plane too. I already fixed the crossfeed. There are two O-Rings in it. Piper has a very nice list in its manual how to do ist.
I had a lot of leaks in all of the connecting lines. I still semll fuel in the cockpit area. At the moment I check the lines from the crossfeed into the wings. Every single connection. I hope I get it done until the next weekend.
Let me know If you need more help with the crossfeed and sorry for my poor English :)
