With all the new avionics and changes for certified airplanes, how about a subforum to maintenance (or a new forum) for avionics? ADS-B, Dynon, G5, etc.

I proposed this subforum subject back in March and got beat bloody. I hope you have better luck than I did.

Do not know if this qualifies for this sub-forum but I have a question for you........I have been noticing all the neat aerodynamic shape of what I presume
to be GPS antennas on many of the new autos...........I do not know if they serve other purposes than GPS...........My question is do you think any of these
antennas could be adapted to our flying GPS as an external antenna rather than the common dash mounts for portable GPS...........I m sure that they could
be sourced in every salvage yard.........
