I like to listen to audiobooks as I have an 2 hour commute. Does anyone know of any aviation related audiobooks? Makes no difference if it is fiction, nonfiction, historical....whatever.

The Aviators: Rickenbacker, Doolittle, Lindbergh

Skunk works

The wright brothers

All 3 are on audible.com

Well, Stuart Woods is a pilot and writes kind of sappy-happy ending mysteries. Despite being a pilot (and citation Mx2 owner) he gets tons of things wrong (including aviation stuff). Some of it is probably just poetic license to make the story fit (the description of tracking people on Flight Aware is laughable in one book), but I think he's gotten too successful to research or have knowledgable people proofread things. It also gets on my nerves when he refers to the Washington police department as the DCPD which is not the name nor what anybody tagnetially related to it calls it.

Anyhow, it's still fairly decent reading. I've read just about everyone pulished and they're all available at audible.com. Typing aviation into the search engine at audible finds lots of hits as well.
