Aviation Fun in LAS Area

So I'm going to Las Vegas for a weekend bachelor's party. There's a lot of helicopter tours, but I was wondering if the community had any other aviation related fun in the area. Not looking to fly myself, but maybe do something like gliding(?) or maybe getting less commercial tour through a flight school.
