That "Fighter Combat" by Shaw is a real treasure. Don't know if it's easy to come by, but it'll be a nice library addition for someone.

The book right beside that one, "Boyd", would also be interesting for someone into combat maneuvers. Boyd is the guy that invented modern air combat. He was quite a guy, it's an interesting story.
