I have one on my C172M...... Buy that thing... You wont be dissapointed.

Just installed it on my C185 today and holy crap, the thing is pretty incredible! Very bright with an internal strobe feature built in and it's about a quarter of the weight of the original rotating beacon. Well worth it!
