AV30 trouble

I installed and AV30 and tailbeacon X a few months back, all was will till my AV30 went dark.
Uavioncs replaced it promptly, new one was fine for few months till it went black last week.
Anyone else had trouble?

I only have about 3 hours with my AV-30c. No troubles yet...
