My mom has a series of audio tapes that she loves and listens to with an old Sony walkman. I was wondering if I can convert them into digital files for her and put them on a cd or an ipod. How can I do that? Thanks.

Edit: How can they build and sell a device like that for that little money?
Or, if you still have a decent cassette deck or walkman, you can plug a cable between it and the audio in jack on your PC, and use the sound recording software (iTunes, Windows Media, etc.). A little clunky, but it works.
