Everything Offends Me
I know we have some Albuquerque area pilots here, so I figured I'd throw this up here and see if anyone is interested.
I am looking to sell my 1/7th share of Juliet, a 1965 Piper Cherokee 180, tailnumber N8816J. She flies often, but no so often that you can't get ahold of her and fly all you want.
The plane has just over 7000TTAF, and just over 2000SMOH. Operating costs are shared amongst the other 6 owners, with a community maintenance kitty built of $30/tach hour and $85/month for hangar and insurance. Since the plane is registered to a corporation, each member of the board of the corporation (read, all 7 owners) take a role special to the use of the plane, such as a treasurer and a maintenace specialist.
The way we've always worked it is that each person gets one day a week, where the plane is thiers. Obviously, the plane isn't flown all day long, so people fly pretty much any day they want as long as it is organized with the others. You can take the plane for up to 2 weeks by simply telling the others, and cross country flights take precedence over local flights. The rules are always negotiable during the yearly meeting (required because it is a corporation).

We just had the interior redone a few months ago, so the interior can be rated as a 9 or 10, while the exterior easily warrants a 5 if not higher. She is fresh out of annual.
Asking price is $6500, more affordable than anything else you'll find at Double Eagle, and with the maintenance kitty, we've never had to ask for money at the time of annuals or repairs.
