We were assigned the Logan 6 departure procedure out of Boston Logan (KBOS) the other day and I noticed a discrepancy on the Jepp upon briefing the chart. They are going to revise for the next cycle.

Anyone spot the error on this chart?

Yeah, it's a Jepp chart.
:D
I'm looking, but not being from the area, could be anything....could be a wrong freq for Navaids (and I'm not looking em up)

The waypoint note "3" is used for both BOSOX and DRUNK.

Good catch. Like I said, it's a Jepp Chart. The NACO just labels them where they lie.

Also, on a Jepp chart, how do I know if the NAVAID is a VOR VOR/DME or VORTAC? They all look the same.

Exactly. Different ball flag notes with the same ball flag number.

VOR/DMEs and VORTACs are depicted with the same symbol on Jepp charts.

Sooooooooooo..................I can't tell the difference without digging out the AFD? Jeppfail!

Right -- not too many civilian planes have TACAN, and not many military crews use Jepp.

I guess a lot of pilots shouldn't know about B,C, and D airspace since they never fly in it.
