Pre-takeoff checklist
I have an 2007 Evektor Sportstar ELSA (Rotax 912 ULS). Looking for a new partner. Airplane currently at KLZU which is a +1 hour drive from where I live, near KRYY. Anywhere within a 2 hour drive from Kennesaw/Marietta is fine, 1 hour preferred.
The plane is a blast to fly, I have seen 1200fpm on 70 degree days. Roomier than a Cessna 150.
Aircraft is valued at $45,000.
Insurance is currently $1472 a year
Hangar is $330 a month at KLZU
Fuel is between $15-20 an hour to operate.
Airframe has 2000 hours
Engine has roughly 100-200 hours on it.
