Here's a go-anywhere airplane for ya! Nose wheel AND tail wheel! Which signoff required for this? :D

Looks like the remains of a Russian Aeroflot AN2 biplane sitting on the chassis of a KRAZ truck which is sitting on the top of a commuter train. I'd guess that you need a pilots license with tailwheel, 6wd and engineer ratings. . .

The landing light is clearly a non approved Q4509 and as we can see, the wings fell off.
 
I like the airhorn on the nose. I could use one when someone is doing their 10-minute run-up at the hold-short line.
