Nicely done article. I've flown into SEZ and FLG when I lived out in New Mexico. Fantastic flying weather year round, but is true about IMC.

I was just at FLG this morning -- 60°F and wind 18G25, but right down the runway. Quite a change from the heat of Phoenix. The route took us right over Sedona -- spectacular!

Flying is a great way to see the area. Line up the sights & fly through a handful without the ground hassle. At least it’s a way to fit more in with a tighter schedule.
