Around Phoenix

Hi Guys,

What are the must do airports around Phoenix area? I am looking for airports that are max around +- 1.5 hr flight from Scottsdale (110kts).

I got already some must sees on my list like Sedona, but what is your favorite and why?

Lake Havasu City (KHII) on the Colorado River bordering California. Great scenery along the river north ("The Needles') and south (Parker Dam area) of the airport; nice brewpub on the airport ("Hangar 24", opens 11 am); and drive into town to see the real London Bridge. It was moved there from the Thames River, stone by stone, and rebuilt in the early 1970s by Robert P. McCulloch. He was the oilman and industrialist (small gasoline engines, chain saws) who developed Lake Havasu City. In the 1960s he flew thousands of real estate prospects to the old (now closed) Lake Havasu City Airport on the peninsula in his fleet of Lockheed Constellation and Electra airliners.
