For KLCK the following is included in remarks. What is the significance?

RWY 5R/23L PAPI AND ILS RPI NOT COINCIDENTAL.

RPI: Radar Position Indicator
Thanks. Is that a forward looking radar used during an approach? I really don't understand this, how does a RPI factor into making a precision app?

RPI is "runway point of intercept," not what the other guy said. It means that the ILS and PAPI glide slopes won't take you down to the same point on the runway. i.e., if you fly the ILS glide slope, you won't see an on-glide-path indication on the PAPI, and vice versa. Normally, they are coincident -- just not at Lockbourne. Which do you follow? ILS to DH, and then PAPI to the runway.

This is sort of an unusual NOTAM in that the ILS and the PAPI that serves each runway end is set at 3 degrees. What causes this sort of NOTAM to be issued though is the PAPIs (PAPII?) are installed so as to support Group Four aircraft which have the highest cockpit height of them all. Done mainly to ensure sufficient wheel crossing height at the threshold.
