Yep, I've had problems on and off all morning. Been trying to respond to the guy with the compartment syndrome and can't get on to do it. I really feel for him.
A few times when I got on briefly I could see that there weren't very many people logged in, indicating that the whole thing was down at times.

The intartubes seem like they might be a little sick today... I've had intermittent trouble getting places from work that I can get to from home at the same time and vice versa.
