AOPA Expo Arrivals

I was told there was an arrival procedure for the expo in Palm Springs, but cant seem to find it on AOPAs page, Does anyone know if there is one and where i might locate it?

From a short sample yesterday, quite a few pilots don't think it applies to them. We arrived around 3pm. About every other pilot was question by approach about if they knew about the procedure. 'oh yeah, I have it in my lap'. Well then why aren't you following it. ATC was very patient but quite a few folks seem to think they qualify for short cuts.
