I'm a rusty private pilot looking to get back into it. My goal is to regain proficiency and then successfully completing a Flight Review. Eventually I'd like to start instrument training, but right now I'm focusing on just regaining the proficiency and knowledge needed to fly safely.

I live in Destin, FL. I flied with Emerald Coast Aviation in Crestview for a short time but the instructors very quickly cycled through there for various reasons. Does anyone know of a good instructor in the area who might be able to help me?
 
If you are renting, you need an instructor and a plane unless Emerald Coast will allow anyone you find to instruct there.

Correct, I will need access to a plane as well.
