The 414 has threaded hub McCauley propellers on it (C93 series, specifically). We're getting new MT propellers put on the plane. I will be selling the propellers as display pieces only (not functional, no logbooks given with them) and would like to be able to un-thread the blades to make shipping easier. I'm not sure what level of disassembly is involved in this or if any special tools are required.
If anyone has a manual for these propellers or can tell me the steps to unthread the blades, I'd appreciate it.
