Anyone good with help files/Documentation?

I suck at writing instructions/help files/documentation for software that I've written. I assume that users know the same thing I do, despite knowing that there's going to be some sort of learning curve.

What I'm looking for, some day soon (few weeks most likely), is someone who can take a test run through the PilotFreeStuff things I'm writing and write some decent documentation on it. There's no pay, since its free software (free as in beer), but you'll be helping with a hell of a project.

Anyone up for it?
