This change explains why slaved compass systems may be susceptible to heading errors on the ground and alerts pilots to the fact that the system's erroneous heading may not self-correct. It also offers mitigation strategies to avoid a possible heading misalignment at takeoff.

I wrote 'em an email. I'm sure after all the weekends and Federal Holidays are over they'll get right on it.

I wrote the person in charge of the website (I guess) an email too. It bounced: User inez.williams (inez.williams@faa.dot.gov) not listed in Domino Directory.

I'm using Adobe Reader X and get "Expected a dict object." That's what it was alright--dict. What did you use?

I dunno... I checked for updates and it says "No updates available". So, I went to Adobe's website to a page for downloading "XI" and downloaded it. Still says I have Reader X (10.1.9). Still doesn't work.

FWIW, I uninstalled, then reinstalled Reader X and didn't update it. Now I can download the book. When I tried to install XI it gave me X anyway.
