Howdy,
I'm new here, and I'm inheriting my dad's Pazmany PL-2. He started building it about 50 years ago, but never got it finished, so I guess I'm essentially getting a Pazmany PL-2 kit: Dad has most of the major parts built -- wing, tail, ailerons, etc., except the fuselage. All the bulkheads are formed and the parts are ready to assemble. He got stuck with the fiberglass parts and never got them built, so I guess that's part of what I'll have to do. Fiberglass and lots of rivets.
Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone here has experience with PL-2's, building or flying. (btw, I'm a newbie pilot, still working on my wings. I just finished my first cross-country solo this past weekend and hope to earn my wings by Christmas.)
