Anyone in the area with a few minutes to spare who could drop by the airport Wednesday or Thursday I can compensate you for your time, shouldn't take more than 15 minutes?

Yup, and if it looks Kosher, I'd like for someone to hand over a deposit check and get a pre-purchase agreement signed. Having a Bonanza expert do the pre-buy but would like to see if it's worth my time and $ before I do and to get a deposit on it asap as I'm 99.999% certain there's someone else looking to get a pre-buy done too. :D

Use a purchase contract with the seller to secure the airplane subject to inspection, use an escrow company to hold the money until you accept the plane.

Warmongers suggestion is best, but let me know if you need something done in person, and I'd be happy to help. Will PM my info.
