Would appreciate greatly your kind recommendation for a reputable broker or consultant assisting the buying process. Southern California, or more specifically, the Greater Los Angeles area.

What part of LA are you going to base the plane? Interested in a well seasoned pilot as a partner?

Take a look at www.skywagons.com. They seem to often have a decent selection of nice planes. And if you're looking for a nice Cessna, try www.vanbortel.com. Spendy, for sure, but nice stuff generally.

Why pay a broker?

What type of plane? When I decided I wanted a Saratoga the same name popped up over and over as the Saratoga king. I am in SoCal and he was in Michigan, limiting me to a SoCal plane would have been a disadvantage.

Sounds like a good idea. Am South of LAX. Airport wise. It's either Hawthorne or Torrance. is it far away from you?
