Any pireps on Oregon Aero headset upgrades for DC 13.4?

I did it years ago. It made a little noise improvement. The seals were less uncomfortable than gel during winter in cold temps. The OA foam gets really hard in the cold, though. Better than gel filled plastic. The seals hold the cups off your ears further so if space is tight it may be an issue. My seals fell off often. Worth it? I thought so then. Now? Meh.

I have the head pad on a pair of DCs that I keep for pax/backup, it was a long time ago but its been a good upgrade.

I did it many years ago on a set I have. Good upgrade. Honestly, OA's leather "mic muff" is the most effective part they have, but you really need to have one on each hot mic in the plane for it to work properly. Really knocks down the ambient wind and breathing-on-mic sounds.
