I was talking to a guy, and he was saying he owns an LSA that is only a one-seater. He bought it cause it flies really slow, and I think he said it has a stall speed of something like 35 knots... Anywho, I can't remember what sort of plane it was, and I had other questions as well.

Are there any good websites for learning about LSAs? I don't have my license yet, but I still like learning about all the different types of airplanes out there, LSAs in particular.

That site has a link on it to the standalone EAA sport pilot website, http://www.sportpilot.org.

EAA is probably the best source of info. I can't think of a better one-stop-shop sport pilot reference site. After all, EAA was hugely responsible for lobbying for these new rules.

On this site they maintain a list of LSA-eligible aircraft. Here is the link to the S-LSA list, for example: http://www.sportpilot.org/learn/slsa There are also E-LSAs and standard category aircraft. EAA also has a list of sport pilot instructors and examiners.
