This is for loading NavData from Jeppesen to your data cards for panel mounted GPS.

I am thinking of at least doing a one-time update for my GPS (it is IFR certified but I will only be using it VFR for now) and really would rather not spend the $150 for the equipment at the moment.

Just PM me if anyone has one and would not mind letting me borrow it.

You could also find someone with a subscription and a similar GPS.

Trade them your card when they update. It would be one revision old, but probably close enough.

What GPS do you use?

Take a gander on eBay. Some pretty odd things show up there for aviation.

What parts are you exactly needing and for what equipment? I can look at my wholesale supplier and see what the costs are there.

I just ordered a Skybound adapter earlier this week. I need it for monthly IFR updates.

Air Baker...it is a Garmin 155XL TSO.

Ken...I am actually watching one on Fleabay now.

bjohnson....once I start my IFR training I will definitely get one, but since I am flying VFR only for now, I just wanted to update the 1998 database! LOL

I will let you know when I get my Skybound adapter and if you haven't already bought one we can work something out.

Tom. I've got one. Come over to 9A1 and we'll get it downloaded.
