Well in my opinion, it looks like a large number of POA members are going. So if you dont' want to hear about it just ignore the posts about it. Seems everyone includes Gastons in the name so not hard to do.
Also IMHO Anthony has made an ass of himself responding the way he did.

I think Anthony was just having a bit of fun expressing his frustration at the seemingly endless number of Gaston's threads. I took it as good natured venting and thought most of the comments were pretty funny.

It never ends. The first 6 months afterward is dedicated to how much fun we had and the next 6 months is dedicated to how much fun we are going to have. You just have to get used to it.

Chips right. We went through this last year. Its just pure, satirical fun and I don't mean any ill will on the Gaston's event. I really would like to go and this tradition stemmed from my overstated jealousy about the weekend. Next year!

I just thought I'd extend the tradition of whining about not being able to go, yet again.

Its gonna take a while becuase the techies will post from Gaston, during Gastons, then after Gastons, then pictures from Gaston's, then by the time that ends it will be planning for Gaston's next year.

I can't wait for the real time coverage from Gastons.

After inflation and increase in overhead, it's $54.00 this year. Added n the "Federal Cost Recovery Fee."

*sigh* You are right. Guess I'll have to try to attend next year. I'm with Anthony, wishing I could have worked it out. I'm not even flying this weekend for the first time in 5 weeks.

Great ideas! I think blocking that time out as early as possible would be the way to do it. However, this time I REALLY can't go and would have had to cancel even if I reserved. A great group of people that I would like to meet!
