hello,

I'm currently working on my CFI and my medical exam to renew my certificate is coming up in a couple months. however just recently i got diagnosed anterior uveitis, i've been going to been to a specialist for the past two months and got prescribed some medication which was approved as i checked. i was wondering what documentation would i need to take to my mecical exam for the ame? has anyone dealt with this before? are my chances of being an airline pilot ruined? also a side note, my eye has been improving compared to when it first began

You need current to exam (within 90 days prior), 8500-7 and humphrey 24-2 visual fields at your medical. A good AME can call it in. "Don't Panic lads" but GO PREPARED.

Agree with above, the diagnosis is most important that will need to be determined.
