Pay scales for TSA are public information, since they are Federal employees. You can check usa.jobs for openings (with pay scales).

Screener $38-43K
Lead Screener: $39-41K
Supervisor Screener: $43-49K

Does not include benefits, pension, bonuses (recruitment, incentive, relocation, end-of-year), etc. However they are among the lowest paid Feds.
