Another 'Thank you' to Dr. Chien

I recently encountered a blip on my 1st class medical. I found Dr. Chien via an Internet search for someone to assist with my response. While any additional raves and recommendations about him may seem superfluous, I wanted to add my appreciation for his expertise, responsiveness, and guidance.

Fortunately for me my case was resolved quickly and in my favor. Dr. Chien made sure that I knew what to communicate and send to both healthcare providers and the FAA. He was responsive, clear, and a pleasure to work with.

He does not charge nearly enough; the only logical conclusion is that he is genuinely a nice person, an excellent physician, and a true advocate of aviation.

I concur with the previous opinions. The good doc is patiently working with me with some issues and I'm sure I email him to death. It's nice having someone so knowledgeable that it takes the stress and worry out of the equation.
