Planes collide at airport in Seattle as FAA takes new steps to prevent helicopter-plane crashes
The wing of a Japan Airlines plane struck the tail of a Delta Air Lines jet at the airport in Seattle. The FAA took additional steps to prevent helicopter-plane collisions such as the one that killed 67 people last week. NBC News' Tom Costello reports.
