Another reason to avoid the airlines

Man I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I hope the press follows up on this one. it may be a good idea for Con-Air but not on my body or my families.
 
Would this be ruled "unconstitutional", especially per Article Four and the 4th Amendment?

Probably not. It is my understanding that the only part of the Bill of Rights that is still in effect is that we do not have to house any British soldiers. The rest have all been overturned by the DoJ when TSA was created.
 
If we went ape**** with every stupid idea from the TSA we'd be ape**** all the time. Oh, yeah. That explains it.

...or by the Supreme Court before them!
