We've been getting a few of these at a vBull board I administrate/moderate elsewhere.
I've traced and blocked IPs to known zombies, and we made our registration process something that requires new users to answer questions pertaining to the subject of our forum (a fandom of an old kid mystery series). I'm expecting a few more false registrations but so far, we've only had two. We just delete 'em. No one has the ability to post unless we approve them anyway, and I guess the same goes for this board.
