Android Emulator For Windows 10 - Run EFB?

Do any of you have personal experience with an android emulator for Windows 10 that is so stable and so reliable that you have been trusting it to run WingX Pro, Avare or other reputable EFB on your Windows 10 platform? If so, I'd be happy to hear your recommendations.
This would be for situational awareness only, not something I'd rely on for primary navigation.

Use FltPlan Go! and run it native in Windows.
No need for an emulator.
I used to use it with a Surface Pro, and it worked great!

EDIT:
They are the only EFB I'm aware of that supports Windows, iOS, and Android. Truly a great free product.
