Amusing sight at John Tune

I was driving out of the John Tune airport in Nashville. The power lines right opposite the field have these visibility balls on the wire (though you'd probably hit the T-hangars adjacent if you were close enough to hit the wires). The amusing part is there's one ball on the guy wire for the pole about two feet off the ground. I guess that keeps pedestrians from inadvertently walking into the wire.
