Ample Tie Down Spots?

Okay, if this has been discussed before, then I apologize, but I perused the 6y9 threads and couldn't find anything...

Are there ample tie down spots at 6y9? I always carry my own ropes but do I need to bring anchors?

In a word, yes, you should bring your own anchors.

They work great. Cut the ripe into thirds either before you go, or bring something to do it with.

Also, note that the spikes go in the ground directly under the tie down points. Don't place them so the ropes are at a 45 degree angle like you usually would with tie downs.

Yes you need to bring anchors and ropes. Plenty of grass to tie down at but you need to secure your plane with your own equipment.

yea probably about 20 acres of airplane parking as long as you have something to hammer into the ground
