American Press Reporting on Crash in Italy

It may just be me but it seems a pretty rare occurrence for the American press to report on foreign light aircraft crashes.

This one is reported to be a PC12 with 8 souls on board.

I am very curious as to the cause; PC12s aren’t inherently liable to crash into buildings without some serious mechanical failure or a major short circuit between the ears by the pilot. It’s just about the most forgiving and easy to fly plane there is.

Yeah, I believe that most crashes (actually, all of the crashes of that plane that I've read about) were caused by poor decision making, sometimes followed by poor flying.
