AME in AR

Need an AME in AR for a 3rd Class. It may be a little tricky. How do I find one (other than going to the FAA site)? I'd like one that can handle tricky.

Is there any reason you’re not going for basic Med?

If you only need to exercise private pilot privileges it is a far superior option.
Also you wouldn’t need a AME

He may not currently have a 3rd class (or have had one in the last 10 years or 2006 however the wording is) so he may not be eligible for Basic Med yet.
