AME Forgot to Put Limitation on Medical How to Fix it?

Hello,

As the title says I was just issued my annual 1st Class Medical and realized tonight that my AME forgot to put the “Must Wear Corrective” lenses limitation on my medical. I’ve always had this on my medical as I wear contacts. Who is the one to contact to fix this?

if he entered vision into the correct boxes in items 50-52, the AMCD will issue a correction!

Out of curiosity, why do you care? As long as you know that you need to wear contacts and always do, what real difference does it make whether or not the form states it explicitly?
 
In practical reality it does not matter. The ASO who dose the ramp can't tell if you're wearing contacts. FAA medic's attitude is, "wear what you qualified to stds on, we want you to see".
