AME documents

Quick question,
my 3d class med exam (renewal of my student-3d class cert) is tomorrow afternoon. Do I have to bring any documents -- my license, my current medical cert? I'll be bringing 3-4 pair of glasses since last time I forgot them, but what about paperwork? Anything?
Also, if I run into any problems (I don't think I will), I should ask for a deferral instead of a denial, yes?

No documents are are required other than a photo ID and those that are relevant to changes or new conditions since last medical. If you have a waiver, bring it to the office, too.
