I understand the onset of Age-related Macular Degeneration can be somewhat restrained by high dosage of vitamin A, C, beta carotine, and zinc. But what amount constitutes a 'high dose'? How much is enough and at what amount does it become too much? Also, what percentage of each in that cocktail noted above?
