The next time you get routed to 36L you really need to stop showing off by hitting every dot on the runway.

Naah, we went and picked up the plane on Thursday (landing: one op), then on Saturday I gave rides to four people (two each, two flights, four ops), and flew back out Sunday (one more) for a total of six. Partner landed on the threshold of 36L behind one of the Fords, I got the orange dot and the green dot on 27.

Attendance: Approximately 642,000 — 6.8 percent above 2018’s record total.
Economic impact*: $170 million for the five counties in the Oshkosh region (Winnebago, Outagamie, Fond du Lac, Calumet, and Brown)

170,000,000/642,000=$265 a person.

The locals who got in for free must be lowering the average, I spent a lot more than that...
